The Taylormade Spider X Midnight Blue/White Putter is the most stable putter in the Taylormade line up. As a result, you will find yourself holing more putts on the course this summer, as your stroke improves thanks to the added stability in the new Spider X.
To help with alignment the Spider X Midnight Blue/White putter features a new optically engineered True Path Alignment System. The white contrasting top, with a single black sightline, helps golfers visualise the intended start line for their putters, resulting in more accuracy on the greens.
The new Spider X putter is all about achieving optimal stability. To do this Taylormade have re-engineered the mass properties of the head with a new 320g steel frame, combined with a 15g carbon composite crown. This new frame is 30% heavier than previous Spider models to increase MOI and reduce the amount the putter head twists on impact with the golf ball, resulting in more putts starting on the intended target line.
The back weight ports on the new Spider X putters have also been redesigned to increase stability. They are now fitted with two individual 6g weights. To further improve your scoring on the putting green, the new Spider X putter features a PureRoll insert. This insert is created with a softer polymer to increase topspin and improve forward roll, meaning your ball will start and stay on your intended target line.
Fitted with a SuperStroke GTR 1.0 putter grip and along with the premium midnight blue & white finish, it creates a brilliant, classy appearance that makes a statement the moment you pull off the head cover.
