We Understand that custom fittings can thow up a lot of questions. Below you can find some of the questions we hear the most from customers interested in Custom Fit Clubs.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once you have ordered your product we will send you an email confirming your order and the information of your DPD tracking number.  If you visit www.dpd.co.uk and enter your tracking number, you will be able to track your parcel throughout the delivery process. 

     

  • I've made an error on my order how do I change it?

    Once you realise you have made a mistake with your order please contact us ASAP at orders@andrewmorrisgolf.com with the error.  We will deal with your error from here.

  • How do I return a product?

    If you are not satidfied with any purchase from Andrew Morris Golf you may return your goods, with all the orginal packaging and labels and unused within 30 days of receipt.  If you wish to return any product please contact us at orders@andrewmorrisgolf.com and title the email "returns request".  Once we have received your request a member of our aftersales team will be in contact with you to guide you through the process. 

    Return shipping costs can only be refunded when we have sent across the wrong goods in error. 

    *Exclusions - Any products that are sold as a pair and have been split - any socks, underwear or baselayers that have been worn and any product where the warranty has already been registered.

     

  • How do I know my returned item has arrived?

    Our returns are usually processsed within 2 days of receiving them.  We will contact you within this time to either confirm your refund, that the exchanged item has been dispatched or that the faulty item has been returned to the supplier.

    We recommend that you use recorded delivery to combat any loss of parcel fraud.

  • Can I be custom fit online?

    Here at Andrew Morris Golf custom fitting is something that we are passionate about.  Because of this we do not provide a custom fit online.  It is impossible for us to fit you for your needs to improve your game without seeing each individual's characteristics.  See the custom fitting page of the website.

  • How do I book an appointment for a custom fit?

    You can book a custom fitting on our custom club fitting section or you can contact the shop on 028 9043 0888 for more information.
