Returns Policy

YOU WANT TO RETURN A PURCHASED

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it Andrew Morris Golf Limited. You must return the product or products back to us in the original condition including all the packaging, Andrew Morris Golf and designer garment product labels and tags within 10 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the goods to us and after satisfactory inspection we will issue a refund for the goods.

Goods that are returned damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Andrew Morris Golf Limited has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of all products that appear on the Andrew Morris Golf Limited website. However, as computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product colour will be completely accurate.

Andrew Morris Golf Limited quality control and check for any faults before they are shipped to customers.

Trying On Shoes - All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you will keep them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original undamaged shoe box packaging. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with the soles marked may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note some products are not refundable for hygiene reasons.

Please note that the packaging is considered part of the product.

Andrew Morris Golf Limited is not liable for any shipping costs for any returned goods. The goods are your responsibility and you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and will be liable for any damage until Andrew Morris Golf Limited receives them back at our dispatch warehouse. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that insures the goods to their full value while in transit.

You should allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund and for it to appear in your credit card or bank account.

Andrew Morris Golf Limited does not have a facility to return goods directly to a store.

 

YOU WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with Andrew Morris Golf Limited, provided you contact us within 7 business days from the day after you placed the order.

The quickest way to inform Andrew Morris Golf Limited that you wish to cancel an order is to email us using the email address customerservice@andrewmorrisgolf.com making sure you quote the order number, your name, address and contact details.

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us within 7 days from the purchase date. Orders that are awaiting dispatch and have not left our warehouse could be cancelled prior to shipping if we receive your cancellation notice in time. Orders that have already been shipped can be returned to Andrew Morris Golf Limited under the “Return a Purchase” policy.

 

YOU RECEIVED FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received in a damaged state. If you have received goods that are faulty, please immediately contact our Customer Care department using the email address indicated below making sure you quote the order number, your name, address and contact details. Please provide a brief description of the fault including photographs if possible. You should also confirm if you want a replacement product or refund. When we receive your email we will advise you accordingly on how to proceed. You should notify us of the faulty goods within 10 days of receipt. You should note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Where possible, we will repair the faulty goods. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please note we can only replace it for the exact same product in the same size that was originally purchased and subject to availability. A full refund will be applicable if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Reasonable shipping costs to return the faulty good(s) will also be refunded.

 

YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE A PURCHASE

To exchange a purchase simply follow the “Return a Purchase” procedure. Assuming satisfactory return of the product a refund will be issued. To obtain the exchange product please go to the Andrew Morris Golf Ltd online store and purchase the desired goods as a new transaction.

 

YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG GOODS

If you are concerned that the goods you have received are not what you have ordered, please contact our Customer Service department immediately using the email address indicated below making sure you quote the order number, your name, address and contact details. In addition provide details of the goods you have received and the goods you have ordered. You should also confirm if you want a replacement product or refund. When we receive your email we will advise you accordingly on how to proceed. You should notify us within 10 days of receipt of goods.

 

REFUND METHOD

A refund will only be made to the original payment channel used when purchasing the goods.
